Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Opening Shift Manager to start each day and interact with our customers . In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations during the opening hours (From 10:30 - 3:30), maintaining high standards of product quality, customer service, and team management. Your leadership will set the tone for a successful day, overseeing food preparation, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Duties

• Serving our amazing customers!
• Creating and maintaining an enjoyable and clean environment for customers and patrons.
• Lead the opening procedures by preparing the kitchen and dining areas for service, ensuring all equipment is operational and sanitized.
• Manage Clover POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Oversee inventory control to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs
• Assist training new staff members on food safety, food handling, customer service, and restaurant policies to foster a knowledgeable team
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations and safety standards

Experience

• Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred.
• Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food industry operations including casual dining or fine dining environments
• Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, along with cash handling expertise
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, food safety practices, and food management procedures
• Previous hospitality management experience in hotel or restaurant settings is highly desirable
