Store Manager | Downtown Pittsburgh ($70K–$80K + Bonus + Equity)
We’re looking for a leader, not just a manager, to take ownership of a high-volume Downtown Pittsburgh location. This is a unique opportunity with real upside, including potential equity and future ownership.
What You’ll Do:
- Own full P&L for the store
- Hire, train, and lead a strong team
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience every shift
- Drive sales while managing food and labor costs
- Build a positive, high-performance culture
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual preferred)
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong operational and financial mindset
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and driven
- Based in Pittsburgh or open to relocating
