All Source Intelligence Analysts / Intelligence Analyst IV

Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking All Source Intelligence Analysts to support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)). This position will be responsible for all aspects of team production associated with core adversary capability analysis, including analysis, interpretation of data, and evaluation and integration of complex data from multiple sources.

Location: Washington D.C.

Tasks will include:

• Provide analytic briefings on focused area of expertise.
• Attend conferences and working groups related to associated mission.
• Respond to external and internal Requests For Information/Intelligence (RFIs).
• Conduct daily research on core adversary capabilities of interest using various sources and incorporates that information into appropriate briefings, RFIs, and finished intelligence products.
• Assess the capability of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) to provide timely and accurate intelligence support; recommends actions that improves DIE effectiveness, and, where directed, leads efforts to address identified issues. Ensure DoD, Department of State (DOS), Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), and National Security Council (NSC) requirements, as well as the requirements of other United States Government departments and agencies, are met.
• Prepare and develop finished intelligence inputs for analytical studies. Support and provide feedback on U.S. activities from an adversary perspective ("red teaming") and representation of potential adversary decision making processes.
• Assess and provide recommendations for actions that provide advantage to the U.S. at the operational and strategic levels. Present conclusions to senior decision makers in writing and in interactive venues with extraordinary clarity and exemplary communications skills.
• On a daily basis, identify, evaluate developments and potential adversary actions that may impact DoD strategies, activities, and programs. Conduct research on these issues as well as issues of specific concern to senior DoD leadership.
• Research, evaluate, integrate, and analyze available information and intelligence. Maintain full awareness of and effectively exploit available resources within the Intelligence and Defense Communities.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Fifteen (15) years of experience in All Source Intelligence Analysts.

EDUCATION

Master's Degree from an accredited school is desired, Bachelor degree is required

CLEARANCE

Active TS/SCI is required.
