Legal Assistant
Responsibilities:
-
Finalize and e-file court documents (discovery, motions, pleadings).
-
Draft and proofread legal correspondence and documents.
-
Manage calendars and deadlines.
-
Support daily office tasks (filing, copying, phone coverage).

Occasionally greet clients and maintain confidentiality.
-
Assist with time entry for billing.
Qualifications:
-
3+ years civil litigation legal assistant experience, federal litigation a plus.
-
Strong proofreading and organizational skills.
-
Proficient in MS Office and court e-filing systems (Odyssey, CM/ECF).
-
Excellent communication skills with clients and staff.
