Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team on night shift. As a Certified Nursing Assistant on Night Shift, you will provide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding results. Available shifts are 6 pm to 6 am or 10 pm to 6 am.
Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, to maintain accurate patient records.

Assist with medical documentation and ensure accurate records are maintained, adhering to established protocols.

Support patients with mobility needs, including safe transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs, promoting independence and safety.
