Blaze Runners, Inc. is looking for FFT1, FFT2, and Engine Boss qualified employees for the 2026 wildfire season. Engine Boss and FFT1 candidates must have task books and certifications in hand. Pay depends on experience and will be discussed during the interview. NO experience needed for FFT2 position. Must be willing to complete the basic Wildland Certification S130/190, as well as pass the Work Capacity Fitness Test. Employees must be able to be reached on short notice and be dispatched out of our home base in Caldwell, ID within a two-hour time frame.
