Job Summary:
The Onsite Supervisor works closely with the management team to recruit, place, and oversee employees on job assignments. This role ensures that qualified staff are available to meet client needs while maintaining strong relationships with both employees and clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and attendance reports.

Recruit, screen, and select candidates based on client requirements and workforce forecasts.

Ensure order fill rates and staffing needs are consistently met.

Coach and support employees both in person and over the phone.

Communicate regularly with clients to address staffing needs, concerns, and service requests.

Generate and prepare reports for management, clients, and corporate offices.

Promote employee and client retention through strong communication and relationship management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and employment laws, including Worker's Compensation, Unemployment, Human Resources, and I-9 documentation.

Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Must be able to work independently and take initiative.
