Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical systems on semi-trucks and trailers, including:
-
Brakes
-
Steering & Suspension
-
HVAC systems
-
Drivetrains
-
Electrical systems
-
Preventative Maintenance (PM) inspections
-
-
Conduct fleet inspections and perform scheduled maintenance.
-
Operate diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot issues accurately.
-
Perform tire-related services as needed (mounting, balancing, repairing).
-
Use and maintain Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
-
Maintain detailed records of work performed.
-
Adhere to all safety guidelines, company policies, and DOT regulations.
-
Respond to roadside service calls using a company service truck (F-350), when required.

Assist with parts inventory and shop organization.
-
Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (trade school certification a plus).
-
Prior experience as a diesel mechanic, fleet technician, or heavy truck mechanic preferred.

Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
-
Must be able to lift/move tires and equipment (30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical aids).

Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
-
Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Willingness to work in varying conditions (weather, noise, physical demands).
