Job Description Employment Type: 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM), Full-time, temp-to-hire Job Brief Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Machine Operator for our client. This job is responsible for keeping equipment running by following operating instructions, documenting inspection results, entering quality data, summarizing rework and waste, and packing and labeling products as needed. What's a Typical Day Like? - Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions - Document inspection results by completing reports and logs - Summarize rework and waste - Input data into the quality database - Pack and label product as needed - Complete other duties/projects as assigned What Are the Requirements of the Job? - 18 years old - High school diploma or GED - Manufacturing experience preferred - Read and understand written and verbal instructions - Lift objects above or below shoulder level and move and/or lift up to 25+ lbs. - Ability to move or lift 50+ lbs. - Ability to withstand continuous standing, walking, bending, twisting, and/or stooping for up to the entire shift - Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time - Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel - Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity, including grasping and holding - Be a team player with an ability to work well with others and work well independently - Maintain flexibility regarding job assignments including potentially working long hours and overtime - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - May need to bring steel-toes - Pass a background check and drug test - Communication skills Why Choose Kable Workforce Solutions? - Weekly Pay - Exclusive Access Opportunities to V.I.P.
