Trucking Litigation Legal Assistant (Hybrid – Part-Time to Full-Time)
Location: Tennessee (Mac-based office)

A plaintiff-side trucking safety litigation team is looking for a Legal Assistant to support its work. This role is ideal for someone junior in their legal career who’s eager to learn and grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Start: Part-time (3 days/week) with potential to transition to full-time
Work Style: Hybrid – plenty of independent work, with support available

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with legal admin tasks, discovery, and document management

  • Bates stamping, working in Adobe, Word, Excel

  • Manage files in Dropbox and Clio

  • Coordinate depositions, meetings, and expert communications

  • Send preservation letters, FOIA requests, and follow up with police departments

  • Request medical records and prepare medical chronologies

  • Summarize depositions and organize case materials

Tech Stack:

  • Mac OS (entire office runs on Macs)

  • Dropbox, Microsoft Teams, Clio, Adobe, Asana

What We’re Looking For:

  • Comfortable with technology and Mac OS

  • Self-starter who’s not afraid to ask questions

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Enthusiastic team player with good communication skills



Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
