Our growing Special Purpose Preschool and ABA Center in Madison, Indiana provides compassionate, evidence-based services that help young children build the skills they need to thrive. The Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our preschool and ABA center. Working closely with the Clinical Director, this position oversees staffing, scheduling, onboarding, compliance, facility operations, and family communication.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare or educational environment.
What You'll Do
Operations & Staffing

Oversee daily center operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance

Manage staff schedules, PTO requests, coverage, and call-outs

Support hiring, onboarding, and employee training in partnership with leadership and recruiters
Family & Client Coordination

Serve as the primary operational contact for families

Coordinate client intake, scheduling, and startup documentation

Welcome new families and provide a positive onboarding experience

Foster strong relationships with parents and caregivers
Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies

Track employee credentialing, required training, and compliance activities
Facility & Vendor Management

Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming environment

Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
-
Support facility operations and ongoing maintenance needs
Leadership & Collaboration

Partner closely with the Clinical Director and senior leadership team

Participate in operational planning and leadership meetings

Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture
What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Education, or a related field preferred

Minimum of two years of operations, office management, healthcare, education, or clinic management experience

Experience in ABA, early childhood education, healthcare, or behavioral health strongly preferred

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Experience with scheduling, documentation, and practice management systems

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to adapt in a growing organization
