Nicklas Supply Inc. is seeking a dependable and customer focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines customer service, sales, and order processing in a fast-paced high preforming branch environment. The perfect candidate will help drive sales growth, have strong plumbing industry knowledge, and prior sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person and by phone with product selection, pricing, and availability
- Process orders accurately, including payments and order entry
- Promote products, upsell, and support sales growth
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members
- Maintain product knowledge of plumbing supplies and industry trends
- Assist with inventory accuracy and stock organization
- Resolve customer issues, returns, and warranty claims professionally
- Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, jacks)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and basic math skills
- Detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation
Additional Details
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (on-site)
- Regular lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Requires standing, walking, and physical activity throughout the day

Please be advised that the nature and scope of the most common form of "investigative consumer report" that may be ordered by the Company is an investigation into your employment history. During such an investigation, Praesidium may ask questions about your employment history to certain knowledgeable individuals and provide response information to the Company.
