Location: Hybrid opportunity based in the Salt Lake City, Utah area, Austin, Texas area, or Reno, Nevada area, offering flexibility while maintaining strong client relationships and in-person collaboration when needed.
Note: Candidates must have an active bar license in the state where they will practice and possess at least 3+ years of trust and estate experience with substantial probate experience.

Job Description
- Advise individuals and families on estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.
- Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and related documents.
- Handle probate matters from opening through final distribution.
- Guide trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries through trust and estate administration.
- Conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations regarding estate, probate, and fiduciary issues.
- Communicate with clients and families with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with courts, financial institutions, and third parties to efficiently advance matters.
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Manage multiple matters while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Participate in networking and business development activities with firm support to grow your practice.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar license in Utah, Texas, or Nevada, depending on office location.
- 3+ years of trust and estate experience with significant probate experience required.
- Strong drafting skills for estate planning and probate documents.
- Excellent communication and client counseling skills.
- Strong organizational and case management abilities.
- Ability to independently manage files and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional client service.
- Business development mindset preferred.
