Salary range: $65,000-$85,000+ contingent on experience

At least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience supporting attorneys in state and federal courts
Experience with discovery, including document review, production, and e-discovery platforms
Strong knowledge of court rules, filing procedures, and litigation deadlines
Ability to manage multiple active cases while maintaining attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attorneys, clients, and court personnel
Proficiency with legal case management systems and Microsoft Office applications Responsibilities
Manage litigation files from inception through trial and resolution
Draft, organize, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
Coordinate and track discovery responses, subpoenas, and document productions
Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials
Conduct legal and factual research as directed by attorneys
Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court staff regarding case logistics
Maintain accurate case calendars and ensure compliance with all deadlines - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
