Position Overview
Pantheon Data is seeking a System Administrator to join a mission-driven team supporting DHS and ICE operations. In this role, you'll work closely with the Principal Project Manager to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of key workplace management systems, with a focus on TRIRIGA and MAXIMO. You'll manage facilities-related data, support system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and help drive efficiency across government property and facilities management.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with and in conjunction to the Principal Project Manager. The System Administrator should be aware of, understand, and abide by DHS (Headquarters) and ICE established rules, regulations, and safety practices.
- The System Administrator shall have working knowledge of and experience with operations and maintenance, capital projects, leased and owned property contract management, facilities space management, admin console, application platform upgrades, forms and form layout, state actions, smart sections, query sections, multi-tab sections, data exchanges, synchronous and asynchronous workflows, security roles, Object Migration tool, portals and portal sections, navigation items and collections, reports and queries.
- The System Administrator shall respond within 1-hour of notification for discussions and resolutions of problems and have experience with Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), which are used to track real property.
Required Skills and Experience
- Public Trust Clearance Required
- 5 years of experience managing Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and 5+ years TRIRIGA experience.
- 5 years of experience with operations and maintenance, corrective maintenance, and facility management using TRIRIGA/MAXIMO.
- 3+ years of experience using dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining training material and experience using remote meeting, desktop sharing and video-conferencing tools for the purpose of providing assistance and training to end users.
- A working knowledge of data exchange or API processes used to migrate data.
- Strong communication skills in virtual and in-person environments.
- The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently, and be a U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams during the work hours of 8:00AM Eastern to 5:00PM Eastern.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Bachelor's Degree
Clearance Requirements
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Work Location: United States - Remote

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
