The Tom Toole Sales Group at RE/MAX Main Line is hiring a full-time Buyer’s Agent ready to plug into a proven system built for production. This is not a “go build your own database” opportunity.

We provide bottom-of-the-funnel, high-quality leads through our partnerships with Zillow, Realtor.com, and Google PPC. Our inside sales team sets confirmed appointments with time and meeting location so you can focus on showing homes and writing contracts.

We offer a 90-day performance guarantee. If you follow the system completely and do not put a home under contract in 90 days, leadership cuts you a $500 check. That level of confidence is rare in this industry. Our headquarters in West Chester is approximately 10,000 square feet, with additional satellite offices in Malvern, Devon, and Phoenixville. h.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $110,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
• Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
• Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
