Who we are: We are a Real Estate company that solves difficult issues with homeowners that are either in a financial situation, requiring them to sell their house fast, or that have a house which is difficult to sell due to the home’s present condition. We work out the best solution that fits them, including quick cash offers, creative finance offers and multiple ways to help them out of their situation with ease. In some cases we will fix & flip these properties ourselves, in other instances our company will locate the right buyer to complete the transaction.
Summary: We are looking for someone motivated and willing to put the work in to help source properties that fit our model, making Commission on all properties moved.
Requirements: The most important thing is Work Ethic and willingness to learn. We have the materials, scripts, SOPs and documentation to teach you how to do this, but drive and hustle is what you must bring to the table.
What to Expect: This is Commission based with bonus opportunities, it usually takes 30 days to get your first contract and another 30 days for it to close, so its can typically take 2-3 months for your first paycheck. Each contract pays out around $3,000, so how much you make is up to how many you get signed - if you make 3 deals a month consistently you'll make somewhere around $12,000 a month; on the high end top closers are getting 8-12 contracts per month. We use both cold and hot data, and plan to dump a bunch of money into PPC adds so that will be even more hot leads for you to knock out of the park.

Interviews: Interviews will be conducted via Video conference once your resume is received and you are selected to be interviewed.
