Step into a rewarding role serving elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year. This single-site, contract opportunity allows you to make a daily difference in the lives of students in grades K–5, working side-by-side with a supportive, experienced onsite SLP. With a Monday–Friday schedule of 37.5 hours per week—including paid administrative time—you’ll have the consistency and balance to help students reach their communication goals.

In this essential position, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering direct and indirect speech-language therapy to K–5 students
  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing well-crafted IEPs
  • Participating in IEP team meetings and collaborating with school staff
  • Working closely with an on-site SLP team member for mentorship and support

To excel in this role, candidates should bring:

  • A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible North Carolina SLP state licensure
  • Satisfy standard onboarding requirements (physical and fingerprint clearance)
  • Experience or interest in pediatrics, school settings, and/or teletherapy preferred
  • Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) or those with their CCC, as well as local and travel SLPs

This is a fully onsite role (no itinerant travel required), with the convenience of a modern, supportive working environment. The interview process is straightforward and remote via Zoom, so you can connect with the team easily.
