We’re currently seeking a dependable Porter/Housekeeper to support daily operations at a 100+ unit senior living community in West Palm Beach, FL.
This is a great opportunity for someone with janitorial experience who takes pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents. In this role, you will handle daily cleaning, assist with make-readies, and support the maintenance team, contributing directly to resident satisfaction and overall property performance.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, hallways, restrooms, amenity spaces, and exterior grounds
- Assist with unit turns and make-readies, including light cleaning, touch-ups, and staging
- Perform daily trash removal, recycling, and porter tasks; promptly report hazards and work orders
- Support maintenance with basic tasks and vendor access as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents while upholding safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- 1+ year of janitorial, housekeeping, or porter experience, ideally in multifamily or senior housing
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable using cleaning equipment and chemicals with proper safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work in varied conditions
- Willing to complete background screening and adhere to property policies
