What You’ll Do:

  1. Consult Close: Conduct expert buyer and seller consultations.
  2. Nurture: Turn inbound leads into long-term client relationships using our proven follow-up systems.
  3. Dominate the Local Market: Use your DFW expertise to guide clients through the region's competitive real estate landscape.


Qualifications:

  1. Active Texas Real Estate License (Mandatory)
  2. Proven track record in sales or a relentless drive to succeed.
  3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Organizational mastery and a "self-starter" mentality.


Income Potential:

  1. $75,000.00 - $225,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
  2. Performance bonuses and high-upside commission structures.


Job Type: Full-time
