What You’ll Do:
- Consult Close: Conduct expert buyer and seller consultations.

Qualifications:
- Active Texas Real Estate License (Mandatory)
- Proven track record in sales or a relentless drive to succeed.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Organizational mastery and a "self-starter" mentality.
Income Potential:
- $75,000.00 - $225,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
- Performance bonuses and high-upside commission structures.
