Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist with membership check-ins, registrations, and basic inquiries
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any equipment issues promptly
- Clean and sanitize gym equipment, locker rooms, and common areas regularly
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and gym essentials
- Support staff with opening and closing duties as needed
Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree (or in progress) in Kinesiology, Health Sciences or related fields
- Preferred Customer Service Experience
- Preferred Experience in the Health and Wellness Field
- Basic knowledge of gym equipment and safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to perform light physical tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
