This position is based out of our U.S. headquarters in Houston, TX, where we are growing our service and deployment team.
We are looking for a Bilingual Field Service Technician to join our Houston-based team. This role is critical to ensuring customer success through field service, maintenance, and technical support. You’ll work closely with our President and Service Manager, as well as collaborate with our engineering team in Munich, Germany.

Your Responsibilities
Pilot Projects & Demonstrations
- Plan and execute on-site demonstrations and pilot projects
- Manage logistics, training, and coordination with customers
- Conduct live demonstrations and hands-on training
- Be present during the initial phase of a project to train workers on workflow and ensure a smooth start
- Provide regular follow-ups to support customers and ensure project success
Maintenance & Technical Support
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our robotic systems
- Troubleshoot issues remotely via phone and email
- Provide emergency maintenance support, including occasional weekend availability
- Travel to customer sites when needed for on-site troubleshooting and repairs
Internal Fleet Management
- Maintain and service our robotic fleet at the Houston workshop
- Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, upgrades and updates
Your Profile
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required for effective customer communication
- Comfortable in industrial environments – experience with refineries, chemical plants, or industrial maintenance is a plus
- Previous experience in scaffolding is highly preferred – strong understanding of job sites where our system is used
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and valid U.S. driver’s license – required for travel to customer sites
- Willing to travel frequently - up to 75% of the time, domestically and occasionally to Canada
- Flexible schedule – work hours vary based on project needs, including occasional weekends
- 2+ years of experience in field service or technical support
- Strong troubleshooting skills – ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly
- Hands-on mentality – comfortable working with electromechanical systems and willing to get your hands dirty in the workshop
- Excellent communication skills – able to provide clear guidance to customers and collaborate with team members
- Construction experience is a plus – understanding how construction sites operate is beneficial
