Position Title: Senior Clinic Administrator
Location: Alamosa, CO
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 (Potential of up to a 20% annual bonus)
Duration: FTE (Direct)
Shift: Executive level salaried position Expectation of a minimum of 40 hours/wk
Note: Successful Candidate must be willing to relocate to a rural setting. Potential of up to (not to exceed) a 20% annual bonus.
Alamosa, CO is:
- 2 hours south of Pueblo, CO
- 3 hours south of Colorado Springs, CO
- 4 hours south of Denver, CO
- 2 hours north of Santa Fe, NM
- 3.25 hours north of Albuquerque, NM
Alamosa, CO is located in the San Luis Valley of Colorado
- Alamosa population 10k
- San Luis Valley region population 50k
We are seeking an experienced healthcare leader to serve as Senior Clinic Administrator, providing strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s ambulatory and clinic services. Working closely with the Chief Medical Officer, this leader will strengthen access, quality, patient experience, provider engagement, financial performance, and operational effectiveness.
Who we are looking for / Requirements:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in ambulatory care, medical group operations, physician practices, rural healthcare, or a similar environment
- Willingness to relocate to a rural setting (Alamosa, CO)
- Strategic, collaborative, operationally disciplined, data-driven, and committed to rural healthcare
- Strong ability to build partnerships with physicians and APPs, develop clinic leaders, and drive organizational change
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for ambulatory and clinic services in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer
- Advance ambulatory strategy and expand access to high-quality care
- Improve clinic operations, productivity, patient experience, and overall financial performance
- Utilize data and performance metrics to strengthen accountability and drive continuous improvement
- Support organizational culture and ensure the long-term sustainability of rural healthcare services
