We are seeking a Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator to support receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory replenishment within a dedicated shift team. Reporting to a warehouse supervisor and operations manager, this role works across multiple warehouse functions while safely handling palletized goods, raw materials, finished products, and mixed inventory. The operator will use barcode scanners and a warehouse management system to support accurate inventory and shipment tracking.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move palletized goods, raw materials, finished products, and mixed inventory.
- Handle materials safely throughout receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory replenishment workflows.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
- Pick orders and prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Stack pallets and organize warehouse materials efficiently.
- Move inventory and update tracking information using barcode scanners and a warehouse management system.
- Inspect forklifts and other equipment before use.
- Maintain warehouse organization and comply with workplace safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- OSHA-compliant forklift operator certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with forklift operation, pallet jack operation, and material handling.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control.
- Experience with shipping and receiving.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
