We’re seeking a hardworking and safety-minded Tree Groundsman to support our climbing crews and equipment operators. This is an essential role on every job site and a great entry point into a career in professional tree care.
What You’ll Do

Assist climbers and equipment operators during tree removals, pruning, and maintenance.

Handle ropes, rigging lines, and tools to support climbers aloft.

Operate chippers, chainsaws, blowers, and other ground-level equipment safely.

Load, haul, and chip brush, logs, and debris.

Maintain a safe and organized worksite by clearing hazards and directing pedestrian/vehicle traffic if needed.

Perform basic equipment and tool maintenance (fueling, sharpening, cleaning).

Follow all safety protocols, use PPE, and participate in daily safety briefings.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in tree work, landscaping, or outdoor labor preferred but not required (will train the right candidate).

Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding labor in all weather conditions.

Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.

Commitment to safety and learning industry best practices.

Valid driver’s license required; CDL Class B preferred but not required.

Interest in advancing into climbing or equipment operation a plus.
