- Adaptability and creativity in delivering individualized and small-group instruction.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver resource room instruction for students with diverse learning needs, aligning lesson plans with IEP goals.
- Provide targeted academic and behavioral interventions.
- Collect data and regularly monitor student progress, making timely instructional adjustments.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to ensure all students receive comprehensive services.
- Attend IEP meetings and provide input to shape student plans and objectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with school and district policies.
