Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and personable Help Desk Analyst II to join our dynamic team in St Louis Park, Minnesota. This role involves providing comprehensive technical support across various platforms, ensuring seamless operation for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver on-site and remote technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
• Install and configure a variety of technical equipment, such as printers, switches, wireless access points, and other devices.
• Manage identity platforms, including Azure Active Directory and Okta, to ensure secure and streamlined access.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Travel daily to client sites, with occasional overnight stays for locations over four hours away.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Document and track technical issues, resolutions, and client interactions in a systematic manner.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of Apple and Android devices to meet client requirements.
• Utilize expertise in PC hardware and workstation setups to optimize client systems.
• Support network configurations and upgrades using Cisco and Citrix technologies.

• Possess 3–5 years of experience in technical support or a related field.

• Hold A+ and Network+ certifications or demonstrate equivalent hands-on expertise.

• Exhibit high proficiency in Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Demonstrate familiarity with identity management systems such as Azure AD and Okta.

• Ability to travel daily, with occasional overnight trips to distant client sites.

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, configuration management, and workstation setups.

• Experience with Apple and Android devices, including deployment and configuration. ( nice to have)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interactions.
