Job Description

Job Description

Are you an experienced estate planning attorney looking to grow your practice by working with prequalified clients—without spending time or money on marketing, networking, or back-office management? Join our established network and focus on what you do best: providing high-quality legal guidance in estate planning, business formation, and Medicaid protection.

About the Opportunity

We partner with Legacy Assurance Plan, a member-based estate planning organization that connects qualified clients to vetted attorneys for comprehensive planning. You will meet with prequalified clients, provide tailored legal consultations, and advise them on the best strategies to protect their families and assets. Our team handles marketing, client intake, and back-office support so you can concentrate on practicing law—not running an office.

What We Offer

  • Prequalified client introductions at no cost to you (no lead fees, no marketing spend, no networking fees).
  • No-cost introductions with clients who have already engaged in the estate planning process and are ready for legal consultation.
  • Comprehensive back-office and delivery support, including customer service, document printing, deed retrieval, scheduling, and plan delivery logistics.
  • Reliable weekly compensation for services rendered.
  • Flexible scheduling designed to complement your existing practice and work-life balance.
  • A collaborative, mission-driven team focused on client peace of mind and long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct legal consultations with prequalified clients on estate planning, business formation, and asset protection strategies, including Medicaid and long‑term care planning where appropriate.
  • Recommend and oversee the drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and related planning documents tailored to each client’s goals.
  • Advise on business entity formation and succession planning as part of a comprehensive estate strategy.
  • Coordinate with our support team on deed preparation, execution, delivery, and other implementation details.
  • Provide ongoing guidance consistent with ethical requirements, while maintaining your independent professional judgment.

Ideal Candidate

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar; resides in the state where licensed to practice.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in estate planning, business formation, elder law, or closely related practice areas.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with special needs planning; Medicaid planning experience and any relevant state reciprocity are strong pluses.
  • Maintains an active private practice and is looking to add a steady, supported stream of estate planning clients.
  • Client-centered, detail-oriented, and comfortable explaining complex planning concepts in clear, practical terms.

Why This Role Stands Out

This is an opportunity to grow your practice, serve more families, and deepen your expertise in estate and Medicaid planning—without incurring marketing costs, networking fees, or additional overhead. You bring your legal skill and professional judgment; we bring the clients, infrastructure, and ongoing support.
