Job DescriptionTRC is Seeking a Non-IT Project / Program Manager to coordinate and support projects across engineering, manufacturing, and operational teams. This role focuses on planning, tracking, and executing project activities while ensuring schedules, budgets, and deliverables remain on track. Project / Program Manager (Non-IT) – Contract
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite – Full Time)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: 12-month contract
Travel: None
Interview Process: 2 rounds (1 virtual, final round onsite)
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate projects and develop detailed plans to meet project objectives
Schedule and lead meetings; keep stakeholders informed and engaged
Track budgets, schedules, and project milestones
Analyze resource needs and project feasibility
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation
Support compliance, documentation, and project coordination efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 2–4 years in project coordination or project management
Education: Degree not required
Certifications: PMP / PMI preferred
Internships: Not accepted as experience

Onsite role: approximately 90% office / 10% shop floor
