Key Responsibilities:
- Diligently follow up with leads to maximize sales opportunities and conversion rates.
- Nurture client relationships by deeply understanding their needs and creating additional real estate opportunities.
- Conduct expert buyer and seller consultations to guide clients through the transaction process.
- Showcase listings by hosting high-quality open houses and engaging prospective buyers.
- Manage transactions seamlessly to ensure smooth, timely closings for all parties involved.
- Grow your business by actively attracting new clients and expanding your professional network.
- Demonstrate deep local market expertise and confidently answer client market questions.
Required Qualifications:
- Active License: A valid Massachusetts Real Estate License is strictly required.
- Experience: Prior sales or customer service experience is highly preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
