Physical Therapist Clinic Director

Are you an experienced, motivated Physical Therapist ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead a growing outpatient physical therapy practice in Framingham, MA. As the Clinical Director, you will serve as both a treating clinician and operational leader. You will play a key role in clinic growth, staff development, patient outcomes, and community outreach while helping establish and expand a thriving outpatient practice.

Compensation Package

  • Salary up to $115,000 annually based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Full-Time Monday to Friday 40 Hours Per Week
  • Provide high-quality, one-on-one outpatient physical therapy care for orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neurologic, and geriatric patients.
  • 40 Minute Blocks Per Patient
  • Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor clinical staff while fostering a positive, patient-centered culture.
  • Oversee daily clinic operations, documentation, compliance, billing, and key performance metrics.
  • Support clinic growth through community outreach, relationship-building, and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning, staffing, and future expansion opportunities.
  • Seeing Adult to Geriatrics Patients
  • Using Prompt Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • 100% Outpatient Opportunity

Qualifications

  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist License in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience (4+ years preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help grow a practice
