Compensation:
$175,000 yearly at plan
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development through proactive client outreach, including making 60+ cold calls daily, setting meetings, and attending industry events
- Provide expert advice to clients on achieving their investment real estate objectives related to valuation, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Conduct in-depth property analyses, including Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), market comparisons, and research
- Stay informed on the local market and current industry trends through continuous research
- Market exclusive property listings to a targeted group of qualified buyers
- Build new client relationships and expand your network by connecting with industry professionals
- Lead negotiations for exclusive listing agreements, Letters of Intent, and Purchase & Sale Agreements
- Engage in top-tier training and continuous professional development workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
