Compensation:
$80,000 - $100,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Provide civil legal services to a broad base of existing clients
- Collaborate with our team of experienced partners, attorneys, and outstanding staff
- Conduct thorough legal research to develop strategic solutions tailored to clients' needs
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Support trial preparation
- Complete client depositions
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed in Colorado
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and time/billing systems
- Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
