<li>Must have previous experience in construction, roofing, restoration, or a related field.</li>
<li>Previous leadership or crew supervision experience is required.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li>
<li>Knowledge of construction practices, jobsite safety, tools, and equipment.</li>
<li>Ability to follow work instructions, project plans, and specifications.</li>
<li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel to job sites and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>
<li>Must be willing to work extended hours or respond to emergency projects when needed.</li>
</ul>
 Shifts:
<ul>
<li>Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM</li>
<li>Overtime: Available based on project needs, including emergency calls</li>
</ul>
