Fitzgerald Peterbilt currently employs over 150 employees throughout our various locations that include Huntsville, Birmingham, Gadsden, and Montgomery in Alabama, Bristol and Fancy Gap in Virginia and in Cookeville, Tennessee.

The Job at a glance:

<li>Write service orders and follow up with mechanics on specific job </li>
<li>Answer phone calls </li>
<li>Schedule appointments </li>
<li>Maintain a clean and welcoming work environment </li>
<li>Communicate repair need with customer(s) </li>
<li>Adhere to all company policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules </li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li> A High School Diploma or GED </li>
<li>Class 8 truck knowledge preferred (not required) </li>
<li>Microsoft efficient (Excel, Word) </li>
<li>Effective communication skills </li>
