Job Title: Legal Receptionist
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Job Overview:
Adecco is currently helping a local client seeking a Legal Receptionist to provide front desk and administrative support for a legal office located in Casper, WY. This role requires strong technical skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in person and over the phone.
- Manage incoming calls, mail, and scheduling of appointments.
- Perform basic administrative duties, including document preparation and filing.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Conduct court runs and handle deliveries as needed (vehicle required).
- Support attorneys and staff with general office tasks and client communications.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation for court runs and errands.
- Prior administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
