A leading, publicly traded, Retail Company is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their real estate legal team on a contract-to-permanent basis. This hybrid role is based out of the New Jersey office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage real estate lease agreements.
- Conduct due diligence, title searches and prepare title reports.
- Assist in retail real estate transactions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain and organize legal documents and files.
- Provide support to attorneys during real estate transactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal.
- Extensive experience with real estate lease agreements and title reports.
- Experience in retail real estate transactions is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently
