A leading firm is seeking an HRIS Coordinator to support its Human Capital team with HR data management and operations in Workday. The role collaborates closely with various HR functions, including Onboarding, Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, and Global Mobility. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and strong communicators with a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete administrative tasks and data updates in Workday
- Assign and manage support requests from employees via a ticketing system
- Participate in Workday-related projects including requirements gathering, documentation, and testing
- Assist with roadmap planning, change management, and audit processes
- Maintain and update team documentation and training materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow preferred, but not required
- Financial services industry experience not required
