A Day in the Life of a Paralegal

As a Full-Time Paralegal specializing in medical malpractice, your day kicks off with the meticulous organization and review of case files, setting the foundation for our attorneys to excel. You'll leverage your medical malpractice experience to draft and prepare pleadings, manage discovery requests, and coordinate subpoenas and authorizations to gather critical medical records. Collaborating closely with our legal team, you'll summarize depositions, analyze documents, and ensure that cases remain on track and meet critical deadlines. Your experience, attention to detail, and tech skills will prove invaluable as you help drive our success.

What Matters Most

To thrive in the Paralegal (Medical Malpractice) - Hartford, CT role, you should have:

  • At least one (1) year of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice
  • A solid academic background
  • Strong research and writing skills
