Role Overview

As the Store Manager, you will oversee all daily store operations while leading a high-performing team. You’ll drive sales, manage resources, and ensure an excellent customer experience. This role is critical in maintaining store efficiency, profitability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop store team members to achieve sales and operational goals

  • Manage payroll, inventory, and controllable expenses

  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are consistently met

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and set expectations for your team

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and manage employees, including performance coaching and development

  • Oversee cash handling, reporting, and operational processes

  • Maintain store equipment and facilities

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Open and close the store as needed

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of automotive experience

  • Must pass background check and drug screening

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Effective communication, both verbal and written (Spanish is a plus)

  • Comfortable managing budgets, reports, and KPIs

  • Computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
