Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and employees while ensuring smooth front office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a strong customer service mindset.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check in visitors and employees, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate staff members or departments promptly and professionally.
• Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail and packages to the correct recipients.
• Maintain the front office area to ensure it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Prepare conference and meeting rooms, ensuring all required materials and equipment are ready.
• Coordinate and reserve conference room bookings as needed.
• Arrange catering services for meetings and events, ensuring accurate orders and timely delivery.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files and schedules efficiently.
• Experience handling receptionist duties, including phone calls and visitor inquiries.
