Personal Injury Paralegal
A local, growing law firm with a facility in the Ann Arbor, MI area is currently seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal for a Direct Hire opportunity with their expanding plaintiff-side practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Personal Injury Paralegal looking for a firm that offers a collaborative environment, meaningful case involvement, professional growth, and long-term stability. Local candidates are preferred; hybrid work arrangements may be considered for well-qualified candidates.
Personal Injury Paralegal compensation is anticipated to be competitive and commensurate with experience. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate.

Qualified Personal Injury Paralegal candidates will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
- 2+ years of recent, relevant experience supporting plaintiff-side personal injury cases
- 2+ years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing medical records, bills, and reports
- Strong experience working with insurance companies, claims, and demand packages
- Ability to independently identify key medical and factual issues impacting case value
- Experience assisting with discovery, pleadings, correspondence, and legal research
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple active case files and deadlines
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is beneficial but not required; equivalent personal injury paralegal experience will be strongly considered
- Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
