Job DescriptionLHH is partnering with a well-established Pittsburgh law firm that is seeking a part-time Law Office Assistant for a contract role supporting daily operations. This position is ideal for an organized, personable professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors, managing the front desk, and maintaining a welcoming reception area
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier requests
  • Assisting attorneys and staff with administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, filing, and document preparation
  • Managing conference room scheduling and ensuring meeting spaces are organized
  • Providing general office support and assisting with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an office or professional services environment; legal experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment
  • Reliable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality

The anticipated pay rate ranges from $18 per hour to $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
