<p>Provide person centered support to people with varying degrees of mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide direct care</li>
<li>Monitor and maintains safety and health of individuals</li>
<li>Participate in activities and social experiences within the community with individuals</li>
<li>Shares behavioral, health, and program concerns with management</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Capable to serve individuals with special needs to enhance their quality of life</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age or older</li>
<li>Driver's license, clean driving record, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle</li>
<li>Pass Employer Background check</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year experience in group homes and/or direct care roles preferred, but not required..</li>
