Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Concierge with relevant experience to join a high-end residential property in San Francisco, California. This is a contract position requiring exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will represent the property with a high standard of conduct and adhere to a business-appropriate dress code.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist residents and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Manage front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication and organization.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the front desk area.
• Coordinate with property management and other staff as needed.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols.
• Provide information about building amenities and local services.
• Handle package deliveries and notify residents of arrivals.
• Demonstrate a high standard of conduct and adhere to the business-appropriate dress code.
• Ensure all front desk duties are performed accurately and consistently.
• Previous experience in front desk or concierge roles in a detail-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed and attentive in high-pressure situations.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Familiarity with security and visitor management protocols.
• Proficiency in handling administrative tasks and basic computer operations.
• Commitment to maintaining a well-groomed and detail-oriented appearance.
• Available to work: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: from 3:00pm to 7:00pm December 1, 2025 to January 2, 2026
