SUMMARY: As a supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the seamless operation of concessions, restaurant, bartending, and barback teams. Your responsibilities include managing and coordinating staff, ensuring adherence to company standards, and contributing to the overall success of the hospitality services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and deliver fun and escapism
- Apply our every guest, every time policy
- Foster a shared responsibility for the well-being of our staff, guests, and community
- Act with integrity and respect

- Check on the associates in the assigned area each hour. ensure they are focused and enforcing park policies
- Organize and direct staff on the daily duties needing to be completed
- Ensure the highest quality product reaches our guest and meets specifications
- Maintain a clean workspace
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Communicate in a friendly manner even when stressed
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Answer phone calls
- Assist one or multiple guests at a time with any questions
- Operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide proper customer service
- Address any maintenance or safety concerns immediately
- Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors
- Must be able to read and write
- Proficient computer skills
- Enforce and know all policies
- Make sure that all staff look professional and are in proper uniform at all times
- All other duties as assigned

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, and count money.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 16 years of age
Prior Food and Beverage experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write simple correspondence and complete reports detailing customer interactions. Ability to effectively present information and give directions to customers and employees.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in both written and verbal form. Ability to deal with problems involving many variables.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. frequently be required to stand, walk, run, climb, balance, sit, talk, hear, and reach, handle, or feel. The associate is occasionally required to lift and or move 50 pounds or more. The associate will be standing for long periods of time assisting guests with orders, filling drinks, and running orders. May be asked to push carts, climb ladders, pull trash, carry bags/buckets of ice. The associate is responsible for lifting, moving, or organizing cases/bottles of liquor and beer. Associates will be handling food that has high temperatures, also dealing with grills and fryers. The employee will be outside for long periods of time. The associate is responsible for opening and closing procedures of the venues.
