Our team is mission-driven, community-focused, and passionate about meaningful representation in workers’ compensation defense. We are growing fast and looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join our New Jersey team. This is an urgent hire with a flexible remote-first setup and a path to partnership.

Job Details
What You’ll Do
• Independently manage a full caseload
• Represent clients in workers’ compensation matters
• Attend hearings only when required (rare – mostly remote)
• Collaborate with a small, supportive legal team
• Provide exceptional service to clients and contribute to firm growth
What We’re Looking For
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey
• 3+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Energetic, client-focused, and self-motivated
*PA license is a plus, but not required
