We are seeking an experienced Truck Collision Technician to repair and restore damaged commercial vehicles, including heavy-duty trucks and trailers. This role requires strong technical skills in structural repair, panel replacement, and refinishing preparation, along with a commitment to quality workmanship and safety.

Duties

• Inspect and assess collision-damaged trucks and trailers
• Perform structural repairs, including frame and body alignment
• Repair or replace damaged panels, parts, and components
• Conduct metalwork, welding, and fabrication as needed
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair processes
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, grinding, and masking
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines
• Communicate repair progress with management and team members

Requirements

• Proven experience in truck or heavy-duty collision repair
• Strong knowledge of body repair techniques and equipment
• Welding and fabrication experience required
• Ability to read and understand repair estimates and work orders
• Experience with frame machines and measuring systems preferred
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
