Edwards Auto Group in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for a Warranty Administrator to join the team. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for reviewing and completing Warranty claims and submitting them appropriately.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Process all warranty claims in a timely manner, before specified date if required</li>
<li>Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation</li>
<li>Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor</li>
<li>Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorizations for write offs</li>
<li>Follow up on payment of outstanding claims</li>
<li>Tracks warranty parts by tagging repair order number, date or replacement</li>
<li>Files and maintains all service records as required by warrantor</li>
<li>Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins</li>
<li>Assist with other clerical needs and responsibilities as assigned by management</li>
</ul>
Requirements:

<li>Excellent verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Positive attitude and customer focused demeanor</li>
<li>Proficient typing skills</li>
<li>Previous warranty work is highly preferred</li>
