🚨 Real Estate Transactions Associate | New York (Hybrid) – $260k–$390k
Location/Schedule: New York (Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Base Salary: $260k–$390k
Practice: Real Estate Transactions – Sophisticated acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, REITs, and complex commercial real estate deals for institutional investors, developers, and major corporations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and document complex real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and development transactions.
- Handle debt and equity financings, lease negotiations, and REIT-related matters.
- Conduct due diligence, manage title/survey issues, and coordinate closings.
- Advise institutional clients on structuring, regulatory, and risk management issues in sophisticated deals.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD from a top law school and active NY bar.
- 2–5 years of real estate transactional experience at a reputable law firm.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client skills.
